Melons, Somsa, and Mosaics

Uzbekistan is best-known for its historic Silk Road architecture that will leave you feeling like youโ€™ve just walked through a film set.

There are dramatic and varied landscapes from desert to steppe to deep canyons to mountains to lush green valleys.

And Uzbekistan is home to some of the friendliest and most welcoming people we have ever met. Before we had even been officially stamped in to Uzbekistan, we had made two local friends at the airport and had arranged meet-ups along our journey.

Uzbekistan is a beautiful place with a beautiful people.
